From 2 up to 16 beds, all beautifully decorated with attention to details and furnished with Tuscan traditional antique furniture. Every house is provided with all the comforts, including wi-fi, air conditioning, autonomous heating, chimney, satellite TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer.

The kitchens are well equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and kettle are included.

Each villa in the vip area is is provided with an electric oven and there is a washing machine at the disposal of both villas.

Moreover, each villa of the vip area is associated with a big private solarium with sun beds and a heated hydro massage, private bbq, gazebo, wood oven, and a small private fitness area.

A wide private square equipped for outdoor lunching is situated on the outside.

The personnel always stays at the rural house.
